In 2024, that journey evolved with our integration into Scan Global Logistics, a global Danish group.
Since then, we have remained shareholders and investors in SGL, while Gabriel Carvalho continues to serve as CEO for Latin America, leading regional growth and consolidating one of the continent’s most relevant logistics platforms.
Sea&Co was created to channel and consolidate the family’s investments — a privately held vehicle that carries the same DNA of our origins: long-term vision, discipline, simplicity, and execution.
